Rentio is a multi-vertical rental platform I conceptualized and developed to simplify the renting process for users and businesses. It allows users to browse, book, and manage rentals across properties, vehicles, event spaces, and more — all in one place.

The platform handles everything from listings to payments, with built-in features for rental agreements, user verification, and maintenance tracking. It’s designed for both short-term and long-term rentals, with a user-friendly interface and automated backend systems for smooth operation.

Grievance Box – Digital Student Feedback System

Grievance Box is a digital platform I built for Nilgiri College to streamline student communication with college administration. The goal was to replace outdated, paper-based feedback systems with a secure and anonymous digital solution.

The platform allows students to submit concerns, suggestions, or grievances directly through a user-friendly interface. It ensures that feedback is organized, confidential, and easily accessible to authorized staff for resolution.

Academic Tracker is a digital tool I designed to help students manage their academic progress more efficiently. The platform allows users to log assignments, track attendance, monitor exam scores, and stay updated on deadlines — all in one organized dashboard.
